Ayyuka 99 Na Neman Agaji Suna Taimakawa A Lokacin Tsarin Baƙi
Lokacin da muke fuskantar baƙin ciki, yana da sauƙi mu rasa abin da zai kawo mana ta'aziyya. Yana da mahimmanci mu ba wa kanmu kyakkyawan tunani da yin abubuwan da ke kawo mana farin ciki. Abubuwan da ke da alaƙa da lafiya yayin cikin baƙin ciki suna da mahimmanci.
